Throughout my career, I have specialised in recruitment, delivering leadership and specialist searches across the project lifecycle - partnering with clients on hires spanning development, delivery, and asset management. Over the past three years, I built and led a dedicated business unit focused on the German market - combining hands-on execution with full responsibility for team performance, delivery quality, and client outcomes.
This experience underpins a disciplined, structured, and evidence-led approach to search.
Selected work includes supporting clients’ market entry into Germany and building out core teams, spanning leadership and full development capabilities. I have partnered with over 40 businesses to secure critical hires across development, delivery, and asset management functions, as well as advising investment platforms on the restructuring and build-out of their portfolio companies - covering CEO/MD and wider leadership roles.
