Key responsibilities.
This role supports the delivery and quality of Elevia’s programs and engagements. Responsibilities may vary, but generally include collaboration, execution support, and contributing to clear, well-structured outcomes across client work.
Program & engagement support.
- Support delivery of leadership programs, consulting engagements, and strategic initiatives.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and clear communication.
- Assist with session materials and supporting documentation.
Client & stakeholder collaboration.
- Collaborate with clients, facilitators, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Track progress, follow up on action items, and keep engagements on course.
- Support a professional, thoughtful client experience.
Strategy & content development.
- Support research, analysis, and synthesis of insights related to leadership, strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
- Help translate complex ideas into clear, structured materials and practical recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and learning resources.
Qualifications.
- Experience in consulting, program management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with clarity and focus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think structurally, synthesize information, and work with both details and big-picture concepts.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
